The application adopts a no-account usage mode, allowing all users to open and use all core functions of the software directly without completing any registration or login steps. This User Agreement standardizes the usage norms, user rights and application usage specifications for all users who access and use the Vaeliy application.
All information generated and processed during your use of the Vaeliy application is processed locally on your personal user device, all information is only stored on your local user device, and the corresponding information will be completely removed from your device once you actively delete the relevant content and records. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data, facial feature information, facial contour details and any other biometric information related to the user’s face in any usage scenario, and no facial information of users will be acquired, retained or recorded by the application in any form throughout the user service process. Vaeliy does not collect any facial information.
Users are granted the right to personally use all functional services of Vaeliy after opening the application. The available functions include portrait shooting, local portrait uploading, bridal dress style replacement, local AI image rendering, creative work saving, portrait gallery management and system setting viewing. All functional operations are completed independently on the user’s local device, and the application only provides local technical support for content creation. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data during users’ use of various application functions, all facial information in user portraits only participates in local image rendering on the device, and no facial information will be cached or recorded by the application.
Users shall use the Vaeliy application in a standardized manner, and shall not use the application for any improper creation, illegal production or other non-compliant behavioral purposes. Users shall bear full responsibility for all portrait content and creative works produced through the application. All creation behaviors are completed locally on the user’s device, and the application does not supervise or intervene in users’ independent creative content. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data generated during user creation, and all user facial information is always stored in the local device and controlled entirely by the user.
All bridal portrait creation effects of Vaeliy are realized through independent operation of built-in local AI on the user’s device. The local AI only performs wedding dress style fitting, picture proportion adjustment and image optimization processing on the user’s uploaded or shot portraits, and will not perform feature extraction, facial data analysis or facial information recording on user portraits. All technical calculation processes are completed inside the local device without any external participation. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data through local AI technical operations, and the local AI operation process will not generate any facial information records that leave the user’s device.
All user operation records, creative works, style selection records and portrait files formed during the use of Vaeliy are all local data of the user’s device. All data only exists in the user’s personal device storage space, and the application will not generate any off-device data copies. Users have full independent management rights for all local data, including independent saving, viewing, sorting and deleting rights. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data contained in user local data, and all facial related information will not be actively acquired or passively obtained by the application in any case.
When users actively delete any creative content or operation record in Vaeliy, the corresponding data will be completely and permanently cleared from the local device, and no residual data will be retained in the application cache or device system. The deletion operation is completely autonomous by the user, and the application will not retain any deleted content in any form. After the user actively deletes local content, the corresponding facial information in the content will also be completely removed, and Vaeliy has no way to obtain or restore any deleted facial data. Vaeliy does not collect any facial information.
Vaeliy provides sixteen exclusive bridal dress styles covering Classic, Romantic, Modern and Fantasy four major categories, meeting users’ diverse needs for bridal portrait creation. In the process of style replacement and rendering, the local AI will completely retain the user’s original facial state and shooting posture, and only replace and optimize the wedding dress part of the portrait. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data in the portrait creation service link, and the stable presentation of user facial features only serves local creation effects and will not be collected or utilized by the application.
The Portrait Gallery function of Vaeliy provides users with local work sorting, searching, filtering and batch management services. All historical creative works are stored locally, and users can view offline, re-save or delete existing works at any time. All gallery management behaviors do not involve any data transmission outside the device. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data in the gallery management service, and all facial information in historical works is always privately stored in the user’s local device.
The Studio Hub setting module provides users with local cache cleaning, policy viewing and compliance query services. Cleaning local cache only clears temporary running data generated by the application during operation, and will not affect the user’s original portraits and formal creative works. All setting operations are completed locally without any external data interaction. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data in the system setting service process, and all setting operations do not trigger any facial information acquisition behavior.
Users enjoy full independent control rights over all personal portraits and creative content generated by Vaeliy. Users can independently choose creation styles, save or delete works, and manage all local data generated by the application. The application will not interfere with users’ independent creation and data management behaviors. Vaeliy always adheres to the principle of zero collection of user facial data, and users’ facial information will never be collected, stored or used by the application beyond local creation needs.
Users shall ensure that all portraits used for creation are legally obtained and independently owned by themselves, and shall not use others’ portrait information for creation without authorization. Users shall independently bear all responsibilities arising from improper use of the application. In the whole process of user independent use and operation, Vaeliy still does not collect any facial data, and all facial information risks are completely managed by the user.
Vaeliy will carry out local function optimization, style resource update and technical iteration according to product operation needs. All application updates are completed locally on the user’s device, and the update process will not read or collect any user personal data and portrait content. During any technical update and function maintenance stage, Vaeliy does not collect any facial data of users, and local update operations will not involve facial information acquisition behavior.
