All subscription activation and payment behaviors are completed through official mainstream application market channels, including Apple App Store and Google Play Store, without any independent payment collection behavior within the Vaeliy application.
All information related to user subscription experience and functional use is processed locally on your personal user device, all usage data generated during subscription service use is only stored on your local user device, and relevant local records will be completely removed once you actively delete corresponding information. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data, facial feature information, facial contour details and any other biometric information related to the user’s face in the subscription service scenario, and no user facial information will be acquired, retained or recorded in any subscription service link.
The validity period, automatic renewal rules, renewal cycle and fee standard of Vaeliy premium subscription services are subject to the relevant rules and settlement standards of the application store platform used by the user. Users can independently check subscription status, manage automatic renewal settings and cancel renewal authorization through the personal account management page of the corresponding application store. Vaeliy does not have the authority to modify or operate user subscription renewal settings. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data in subscription validity management and renewal service links, and all subscription state changes will not involve any acquisition of user facial information.
Users who complete valid subscription payment can enjoy Vaeliy exclusive premium services, including full access to all bridal dress style resources, unlimited local AI high-definition portrait generation, batch portrait gallery management, no functional usage restrictions and exclusive image optimization effects. All premium functions are based on local device operation and local AI technical support, and all service experience is completed on the user’s local device. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data when users use premium subscription functions, all facial information in user creation portraits only participates in local image rendering, and no facial data will be recorded or stored by the application.
Vaeliy subscription services are only for the user’s personal non-commercial use. All premium function creation and content generation behaviors are limited to the user’s independent local device operation. Users shall not use subscription premium rights for mass content production, commercial sales or other non-personal behavioral purposes. The application will not monitor or record user’s local creation content. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data generated during the use of subscription premium services, and all user facial information is always privately stored in the user’s local device.
All subscription service usage records, premium function operation logs and exclusive creative content generated by users during the valid subscription period are processed through local device computing and only stored on the user’s local user device. The application will not generate any off-device backup or record of user subscription usage data. Users can independently delete local subscription usage records and premium creation content at any time, and active deletion will completely clear corresponding local information. Vaeliy does not collect any facial data involved in subscription service creation and usage, and no facial information will be reserved or obtained by the application after users delete local content.
After the user’s subscription expires or the user cancels the subscription authorization, the premium functional rights will be automatically invalidated. All local creative content generated during the subscription period will still be retained on the user’s local device unless the user actively deletes it. The change of subscription status will not cause any loss or active deletion of user local personal data. Vaeliy always maintains a zero collection standard for user facial data before, during and after the subscription period, and subscription status changes will not trigger any facial information collection behavior.
Vaeliy reserves the right to adjust premium subscription functional content and style resource updates on the premise of not reducing core subscription service experience. All service adjustments are presented through local application version updates and local resource iteration, and no user personal information or portrait data will be read during the update process. In the process of subscription service adjustment and version iteration, Vaeliy does not collect any facial data of users, and all local update operations do not involve facial information identification and collection.
